Thank you for requesting the “power” prayer (below the prayer is a link to purchase The Prayer of Freedom if you desire).
This prayer is impactful not because of its words, but because of the life-changing results it brings. Let me explain…
Unforgiveness is connected to over 60% of the struggles people face, whether it’s chronic pain, depression, migraines, or more. My book, The Prayer of Freedom, dives deeper into this, but to sum it up—I’ve witnessed incredible breakthroughs in people’s lives simply by embracing forgiveness.
Forgiving someone who has hurt you deeply is one of the hardest things to do. The wounds in our heart make healing feel impossible. Yet, the key to true healing lies in forgiveness.
As the saying goes, “Unforgiveness is the poison you drink hoping to hurt someone else.” In reality, it only hurts you. But when you forgive, everything begins to change.
If you’re struggling with forgiveness and need guidance, I’ve created a step-by-step training to help make the process easier. CLICK HERE to access the training and take your first step toward freedom.
And now, here’s the power prayer. There are four parts to it. Let me briefly explain each one…
1. Forgive the person. This is simply a statement you make indicating the attitude of your heart.
2. Remove judgments against the person. This, again, is simply a statement you make indicating the attitude of your heart. A judgment is when you judge someone in your heart thinking you are better than they are.
3. Break Unholy soul ties. These are spiritual doorways that must be closed between you and someone who hurt you. Closing them is simply the statement that you break them. You’ll learn more about this in my book.
4. Ask God to bring peace into your life
Pray this prayer now and start experiencing the beginning of freedom in your life!

The Power Prayer of Forgiveness
“God, I repent of my sins. I want freedom from (name any issues you may have) and I ask you to help me. Please remind me of any person I need to forgive to set me free. I repent of unforgiveness, for I know that it is a sin. I therefore choose to forgive, release all judgments against, and break all unholy soul ties with the following people: (list their names). And now, God, I now ask that you remove all issues from me tied to unforgiveness and set me free. Amen!”
